About The Position

This position's daily responsibilities include managing drivers, overseeing customer deliveries along with tracking equipment. The role involves assessing customer needs and timing of deliveries, managing the daily delivery schedule for drivers, and planning deliveries to inventory-managed retail gas outlets. The dispatcher will also communicate with shippers and 3PL's, provide frontline customer service for existing accounts, and answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Responsibilities include monitoring email for incoming orders, customer requests, and team communication, as well as monitoring web portals and inputting necessary information. A key function is the daily tracking of all chemical trailers using the TMW Dispatch system. This role also involves dividing dispatch responsibilities with other team members and working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience
Excellent conflict resolution and skills
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and ability to use Word and Excel

Responsibilities
