Requirements

• Recent grads or early-career candidates
• Strong communicator + thrives in fast-paced environments
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Motivated to grow a long-term career in logistics

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and support a team of up to 40 drivers
• Act as the communication hub between drivers, vendors, and leadership
• Adjust routes in real-time to improve efficiency
• Problem-solve issues on the road (delays, equipment, etc.)
• Track performance metrics and help drive results
