About The Position

The Senior Disciplinary Investigations Analyst provides operational oversight and coordination of the Company’s disciplinary process, applying investigative research and analytical expertise to ensure cases are managed accurately, timely, and in compliance with policy requirements and applicable labor agreements. The role partners with Labor Relations, labor representatives, management, and cross‑functional partners to support effective case administration and uphold consistent disciplinary standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience.
  • Plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of company policies as they relate to the disciplinary process
  • Ability to perform data extraction, processing, manipulation and analysis
  • Skilled to modify and manipulate complex spreadsheets
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to support multiple internal customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintaining consistent focus, productivity, and attention to detail with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Effective interface and coordination with stakeholders, including division and department management, supervision and labor as well as legal counsel and vendors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Manage the team Outlook inbox by triaging and prioritizing incoming requests, creating new cases according to established workflows, and updating or maintaining records in the case‑management system based on items received.
  • Coordinate the administration of the company's disciplinary process by maintaining the case docket and schedules in a manner compliant with labor agreement requirements for process and deadlines. and insuring compliance with all labor agreements.
  • Coordinate promptly with other departments to obtain complete and accurate information needed for case handling, ensuring a high volume of inquiries are addressed efficiently and case‑management records remain up to date.
  • Input/update, track, and maintain discipline case records using case management system.
  • Work alongside labor relations, labor representatives, and members of management in the administration of the discipline policy and case administration.
