  • 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, program management, P&L leadership, service businesses, or product commercialization, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience building business cases, P&L models, value propositions, and performance dashboards for commercial programs.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex business problems into clear strategic and operating decisions.
  • Experience in MedTech, healthcare technology, or regulated industries, with exposure to product, service, or sustainability program commercialization.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs spanning Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance with direct executive accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the end-to-end program owner of the Masimo Sustainability Solution, accountable for profitability, scalability, and commercial and operational viability across the product lifecycle.
  • Lead the cross-functional coordination of the Sustainability Solution across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, Sales, and Technical Service to ensure unified strategy, execution, and accountability.
  • Drive the commercialization of Technical Service as it transforms from an uptime-focused function into a customer-facing, revenue-generating organization, including offering design, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market enablement.
  • Establish the operating model, monetization strategy, and P&L discipline to position Technical Service as a profit center, with clear revenue, margin, and growth accountability.
  • Build the business case, value proposition, and financial models that underpin Sustainability Solution investment decisions, partnering with Finance on forecasting, margin analysis, and ROI modeling.
  • Partner with R&D and Supply Chain to ensure product readiness, reverse logistics, refurbishment workflows, and the operational infrastructure required to scale the Sustainability Solution.
  • Partner with Marketing on positioning, customer-facing materials, talk tracks, value calculators, and field enablement tools for both the Sustainability Solution and the commercialized Service portfolio.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Sales to embed the Sustainability Solution and the commercialized Service portfolio into account planning, hunting lists, customer segmentation, and field execution motions.
  • Develop and maintain program-level KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting that track revenue, margin, customer adoption, operational performance, and program health.
  • Establish the operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews) that drives accountability across functions and surfaces risks early.
  • Lead change management, organizational alignment, and capability building required to transform Technical Service from cost center to growth contributor.
  • Identify productivity opportunities, process improvements, and margin expansion levers across both initiatives, with a continuous improvement orientation.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, recommendations, and updates for senior leadership and the broader organization.
