About The Position

The Senior Director Supply Chain Strategy is responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end supply chain strategy for our Pizza & Specialty business. You will serve as a critical connector between the business unit and enterprise supply chain function, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and flawless execution. You’ll translate business strategy into actionable supply chain solutions that fuel growth, enable innovation, optimize cost, and deliver best-in-class service. This leader combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This is an office based role in either Hopkins, MN or Marshall, MN.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including end-to-end ownership
  • Proven track record delivering results in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect supply chain decisions to financial outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in food, CPG, or manufacturing environments
  • Background in commercialization, innovation, or new product launches

Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination across planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercialization teams to enable Business Unit strategies.
  • Own supply chain delivery of innovation and renovation initiatives from concept through successful commercialization
  • Ensure product launches are delivered on time, within cost targets, and with operational readiness
  • Lead and develop Operations Business Managers (OBMs) to ensure on-time, on-budget execution of new product launches
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Drive cost optimization, productivity, and margin expansion in partnership with Finance while balancing service and growth priorities
  • Lead complex problem solving, capacity solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, resilience, and operational performance

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $153,000 to $255,000 annually, with eligibility for a 35% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
