About The Position

Serve as the strategic front door and portfolio-orchestration capability for Platform & Enablement Services, connecting enterprise demand to appropriate capabilities and providing integrated visibility across priorities, resources, investments, and dependencies. The role is a primary entry point for significant enterprise and Global Business Services demand, assessing strategic fit, urgency, scale, and required capabilities and translating demand into preliminary delivery and resource requirements. Establish portfolio governance, structure, and controls; coordinate the assessment of requirements, dependencies, and sequencing across capabilities; and maintain integrated visibility of demand, committed work, roadmaps, capacity, investments, risks, and cross-portfolio dependencies. Integrate value, urgency, capacity, AI-enablement opportunities, and dependencies into recommendations about whether to proceed, sequence, defer, redirect, or further assess demand. Partner with sponsors and Finance to shape and challenge business cases, investments, and resource assumptions, and advise leaders on complex enterprise initiatives—including business development, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic demand—before work moves into execution. The role decides intake and assessment approaches, portfolio-governance routines, visibility standards, and coordination requirements. It recommends or co-decides portfolio priorities, sequencing, investment and capacity trade-offs, and pathways for significant demand. It does not own business outcomes, functional process decisions, solution development, or delivery execution. Accountability transitions to the appropriate delivery capability when demand is mobilized, while this role retains portfolio-level governance, visibility, and coordination.
