About The Position

Blue Yonder Defense Solutions is seeking a Sr. Director of Services & Sales to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling Professional Services and has a deep understanding of the supply chain software or technology industries. The Sr. Director of Services & Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue, increase market share, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on professional services and enterprise solutions.
  • Proven success in selling within the supply chain software or related technology industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing senior sales professionals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based supply chain platforms.
  • Familiarity with large-scale enterprise transformations and consulting engagements.
  • Established network within the supply chain and logistics ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive professional services revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing services sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and service packaging to maximize profitability.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in supply chain software.
