The Sr. Director of Sales Operations is responsible for improving WellSky's overall sales processes to accelerate revenue growth. This is a highly visible role where you’ll shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and influence how a complex sales organization performs at scale. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to optimize planning, forecasting, and processes that directly impact growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 10-12 years or relevant work experience
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant management work experience
  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing sales operations team by providing mentorship, training, and education to promote career development and effective execution of sales strategies, forecasting, and deal flow.
  • Define the strategy, operation, and tactical planning of territory coverage and quota assignment.
  • Shape best practices for sales coverage and process improvements, including enabling technologies to support sales productivity.
  • Partner with sales leadership to establish the sales operations roadmap and analyze its impact on business initiatives.
  • Provide direction on company-wide initiatives based on data insights related to sales productivity, resource allocation, quota attainment, and pipeline growth; delegate implementation of actionable recommendations to the appropriate resource.
  • Present quarterly progress reports to stakeholders with actionable sales goals and promote cross-functional initiatives aimed at sharing insights, centralizing data, and aligning strategy to support business priorities.
  • Effectively communicate sales operations strategies, updates, and feedback by fostering transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive change within the organization through stakeholder management and ensure consensus between cross-functional teams.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
