Sr Director, Product Strategy & Transformation
About The Position
This role enables the organization to translate the CPO’s vision and strategic leadership into clear, system-level frameworks that can be executed predictably across teams. Critically, this role is designed to enable and elevate existing Product leaders by improving how teams operate collectively while strengthening prioritization, decision-making, and execution across domains through alignment, influence, and operating model leadership. This will include developing organizational capability, succession planning, operating model maturity and strategic alignment across the broader Byte organization (Product, UX, AIDA, Engineering). This role also leads the AI-enabled transformation of product development across the full SDLC, including discovery, prioritization, development, and iteration, the establishment of data-driven product management practices and team, and product delivery management practices and team.
