Blue Orange Digital is hiring a Sr. Director of Private Equity Partnerships to own and grow our PE channel. This is a pure revenue role. You will carry a quota, work your network, and close. If you have spent years building relationships inside the PE ecosystem — with operating partners, deal teams, and portfolio executives — and know how to convert those relationships into signed SOWs, this role was written for you. You will be the first dedicated sales leader for our PE practice. That means building a pipeline from scratch, defining the outreach playbook, and establishing Blue Orange as the go-to AI and data partner for mid-market PE firms. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our delivery organization to scope and close engagements worth $150K to $1M+. We are a data and AI consultancy. Fluency in our service lines is a plus and will help you close faster, but it is not the foundation we are hiring on. The foundation is your PE network, your sales track record, and your ability to open doors and drive deals to close. If you can also speak intelligently about AI and data transformation in a portfolio context, you will be a force multiplier.
