This position is part of the dedication to managing HR technology through strategic thought and planning. The Sr Director’s job is to manage and guide not only a team of individuals through project and support work but will be working with our Total Rewards and Talent/Development business partners to ensure progress through new HR tools and HR priorities. The position will also be dedicated to the alignment of those business partners with the capabilities of the current HCM system. Establishing process, procedures, and integrations that allow 3rd party vendors used by these business partners that will establish optimal use of both source and target systems. This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for HR technology initiatives, systems, and operations. The Sr. Director leads a team supporting both project delivery and ongoing system administration while partnering closely with Total Rewards and Talent/Development leaders to advance HR priorities through technology solutions. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and the capabilities of the current HCM platform, driving process optimization, governance, integrations, and vendor connectivity to maximize the effectiveness of both internal systems and third-party solutions.
