About The Position

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, technically driven leader to accelerate growth across our Engineering Services and Global Sourcing businesses. As the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering & Strategic Growth, you will identify new market opportunities, develop strategic client relationships, and position our engineering and sourcing teams as trusted partners to leading organizations. This role combines solutions engineering, consultative selling, business development, and executive relationship management to drive revenue growth and deliver measurable client value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in engineering services, manufacturing, sourcing, or technical consulting
• Proven success in business development, technical sales, or solutions engineering
• Experience closing complex B2B deals valued at $500K or more
• Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and offshore delivery models

Nice To Haves

• Experience in international business development and offshore operations
• Background in manufacturing or aerospace industries
• Familiarity with Asian markets and sourcing operations
• Track record of building and scaling sales teams

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and achieve revenue growth targets across all service lines
• Build and manage a strategic sales pipeline across engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing markets
• Develop solution-based proposals that align client needs with our engineering and sourcing capabilities
• Expand client relationships through cross-selling and long-term account growth strategies
• Lead high-level engagements with VP, Director, and C-level stakeholders
• Drive growth across Engineering Services, Mechatronics, Product Development, Tooling & Automation, and Global Sourcing solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and sourcing teams in Asia to deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Negotiate contracts, strategic partnerships, and long-term service agreements
