The Sr. Director of Regional Sales for Digital Appliances is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for the Regional/Power Dealer Channel. This role focuses on managing regional sales operations, building strong relationships with retail partners and customers, and ensuring the successful execution of business-to-consumer (B2C) sales initiatives for digital appliances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in regional sales management or a similar role, preferably in the digital/home appliances industry.
  • Strong leadership, existing customer relationships and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of digital appliances market trends and customer behavior.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the consumer electronics or digital appliances industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of market analysis techniques and regional sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the digital appliances market.
  • Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of regional sales professionals to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge specific to digital appliances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and customers within the region.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges specific to the region.
  • Stay updated on digital appliance product features, benefits, and market positioning to effectively communicate with customers and partners.
  • Provide product training to the sales team and retail partners within the region.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align regional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability within the region.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand regional customer preferences and competitive landscape.
  • Develop actionable insights to drive regional sales initiatives and improve market share.
