We're searching for their Sr. Director of People - a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and evolving the People function during a period of meaningful growth. Our client employs proprietary technology, paired with a nationwide network of vetted transportation providers. This enables payers and health systems to deliver cost-effective, on-demand transportation intelligently, enhancing the patient experience in the process. They serve the largest Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and provider programs in the country. We are seeking a Senior Director of People to be the operational driver of our client's HR function. This role is designed for a player / coach leader who excels at both personal task execution and broader team enablement. You will lead a small, dedicated team to achieve these goals. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who loves building the systems, policies, and day-to-day employee experience that help a company scale without breaking. As the Senior Director of People, you will bring consistency, transparency, and operational rigor to the entire employee lifecycle. From talent acquisition to employee relations, benefit administration, performance management, compliance, and culture, you are adept at supporting a distributed workforce that spans operations, technology, and healthcare services.
