This role is for an exceptional People Leader with experience building out the People function of a hyper-growth scale-up. The ideal candidate will have led a People team of approximately 15 or more and is excited to join an earlier-stage company to rebuild and expand the team. Initially, the role will lead an organization of about 6 people. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of HR technology, process, and data, with a focus on HR technology. Beyond core internal responsibilities, the role includes becoming an expert on Ashby's people technology suite to act as an external thought leader, engaging with customers, Product Managers, speaking at conferences, and writing content for People professionals and Hiring Managers.
