The Senior Director of Marketing Advertising and Events will manage the organization’s marketing, advertising, and brand strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and support for the mission. They will also direct the activities of the Events department to ensure they are successful and financially sound. The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Director will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and advertising program encompassing brand management, digital and traditional media, public relations, and multi-channel campaigns. The Senior Director will work closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, Development team, Events team and other departments to ensure messaging and initiatives align with organizational priorities. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position after the introductory period, including health, dental, life, and short-term disability.
