Job Summary As a Senior Director of Data Enablement, you will be responsible for aligning our data management and reporting strategies to optimize meaningful business outcomes by working with key stakeholders at multiple levels within SSC and Compass Group. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and research skills. In addition to being a seasoned, well-trained professional, the successful candidate will be passionate about supporting the operations teams by delivering meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Energetic self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing software projects or programs in facility management or related domains.
  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, commitment to quality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills for ROI assessment and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with IWMS/CMMS systems, facility management processes, and industry standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, related field, or relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, Promote, and Implement the SSC data management strategy to support multiple services lines and end points while moving the organization towards a prescribed, enterprise-grade model
  • Engage with operational leadership and clients to defined end user requirements and outcomes
  • Use defined requirements and outcomes to inform architectural designs
  • Support broadscale adoption of harmonized product sets
  • Provide leadership and governance over enterprise platforms
  • Enhance data collection and management processes
  • Enhance design, development, and delivery of reporting products
  • Oversee integration with internal and third-party tools to support the data management strategy
  • Drive the development of a common data warehouse as the single source of truth
  • Lead initiatives that enhance data availability and insights for operators and customers, enabling predictive and prescriptive decision-making
  • Ensure that data-drive operational solutions are scalable, consistent, and client-focused
  • Define and deliver the roadmap for a master data strategy across the enterprise
  • Standardize account and asset structures to enable faster business insights
  • Support the development of fit-to-customer technology models that move from a la carte systems to integrated, prescribed solutions
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies to maintain the organization's competitive advantage
