About The Position

Dstillery is looking for a Senior Director, Sales Enablement to support our sales team and help drive our next phase of growth. This is a strategic and operational role that is responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing a scalable framework that enables Dstillery’s go-to-market teams to sell our growing portfolio of innovative audience targeting solutions with confidence, consistency and impact. This role owns and drives the strategy, tools, and programs that elevate sales performance, and enable seamless go-to-market execution. It will report directly to the SVP, Head of Sales, and will collaborate closely with Executive, Marketing and Product leadership to ensure that our go-to-market efforts are aligned, efficient and consistent. This role will own the end-to-end enablement lifecycle—from onboarding and continuous learning to deal support, playbooks, and productivity analytics—ensuring that our go-to-market teams are executing at the highest level, and have access to all of the messaging, tools and support that they need to be successful.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years experience in sales enablement or sales support.
  • At least 5 years experience working in an advertising technology company or digital media agency.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising.
  • A proven track record of standing up a sales enablement function and infrastructure.
  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills — sample work that shows crisp, persuasive collateral across various formats: one-sheets, case studies, talk tracks, and documentation.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools: Canva/Figma, Google Slides/PowerPoint, documentation platforms.

  • Data/audience solutions experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership across Sales, Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations to design and operate a sales enablement framework that will power execution of our go-to-market strategy.
  • Define our market positioning, develop compelling narratives for different customer segments, and translate strategy into actionable programs.
  • Develop and implement a training framework for our go-to-market teams that covers onboarding, product expertise, competitive positioning, and use cases.
  • Design and deliver training programs for our partner ecosystem of agencies, brands, and advertising technology platforms.
  • Create supporting materials, technical documentation, and webinars that help partners understand and leverage our targeting technology.
  • Develop launch playbooks that outline timelines, competitive positioning, market validation steps, team responsibilities, and success metrics for new product rollouts.
  • Own the creation of all supporting collateral - case studies, product sheets, and whitepapers that showcase our industry leading technology and performance.
  • Build and manage a centralized resource hub that houses all product documentation, training guides, tools, and FAQs for GTM team accessibility.
