About The Position

The Remote Sr. Director Marketing (Clinic/Local Marketing and Media Relations) role requires a strategic and highly collaborative professional who effectively partners with both field and clinical stakeholders, including the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operations Officer, regional operations leaders, clinical leaders, and local operators to drive revenue growth. This role requires a broad skill set across various marketing disciplines, such as earned and paid media strategy, social media and influencer marketing, events, point of sale, direct mail and hyper-local marketing. This person will also oversee our creative services production function, helping direct the fulfillment of a wide variety of creative requests from the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience in Marketing, Media Relations, etc.
  • Demonstrates expertise in multi-channel marketing, including earned and paid media, social media, direct mail, out-of-home (OOH), retail, and digital strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of healthcare marketing, including regulatory considerations, patient privacy requirements, and multi-location care delivery model preferred.
  • Develops and executes strategic, growth-oriented marketing plans aligned to organizational priorities and operational needs.
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership, physicians, regional leaders, and clinical teams, to drive alignment and execution. Builds strong relationships and influences stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Creates scalable processes, playbooks, and tools that enable consistent execution across complex, multi-site environments.
  • Utilizes strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple initiatives, measure performance, and optimize outcomes.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, creative thinking, and team leadership skills, including experience developing talent and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with local operators, physicians and operational leaders to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and field enablement tools aimed at driving growth in both general dermatology and medical aesthetics.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive utilization and maximize capacity across general dermatology clinics.
  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for de novo launches and acquisition integrations, including pre- and post-launch playbooks to build brand presence and achieve ramp targets.
  • Plan and implement local marketing initiatives, including direct mail, events, out-of-home advertising, and paid and earned media campaigns to increase appointments and market awareness.
  • Create scalable, self-service marketing tools, turnkey assets, and enablement resources that allow clinics to access marketing solutions efficiently and independently.
  • Oversee creative development and execution of marketing materials, earned media initiatives, and in-clinic awareness strategies to support patient engagement and service growth.
  • Manage enterprise marketing platforms and tools, ensuring effective performance of project management systems, digital signage, ecommerce solutions, and brand asset platforms.
  • Provide marketing enablement and support to field teams and call centers through training materials, tools, and strategies that improve conversion, clinic performance, and customer experience.
