About The Position

Granite Hills Hospital, a 120-bed behavioral health facility in West Allis, WI, offers high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare for adolescents, adults, and older adults in the greater Milwaukee community. This full-time Business Development Representative opportunity is with Granite Hills Hospital, which is a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS). Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field
  • Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles
  • Knowledge of and existing medical and behavioral health contacts in Dane, Rock, Green, Jefferson, and Walworth Counties

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies
  • Responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods
  • Represent a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community
  • Implement the facility’s strategic sales plan
  • Enhance the facility’s brand/image
  • Effectively manage assigned territory and accounts
  • Work to achieve departmental and facility business development goals
  • Use a combination of relationship management, community outreach, and digital/social media marketing strategies to promote services, and business development goals
