As Senior Director, Marketing you will be the Regional Head of Marketing, reporting to the SVP Marketing. You will own the full marketing funnel for the region and lead the marketing team that builds MoEngage into the category-defining consumer engagement platform for North American brands. This is a high-ownership leadership role. You will set the regional marketing agenda, own & support the NA pipeline number alongside Sales, and make the calls on where we invest, where we don't, and where we double down.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS, with proven leadership at the Director / Senior Director level.
  • Track record building or scaling regional marketing for North America — Brand to Demand full-funnel ownership.
  • Domain experience in MarTech, CDP, customer engagement, marketing automation, CX, or adjacent categories serving consumer brands.
  • Strong commercial orientation: You've owned a pipeline number alongside Sales and can speak the language of revenue, CAC, and payback.
  • Experience building and retaining high-performing marketing teams across multiple sub-functions.
  • Strong judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partners without formal authority.
  • Executive presence and storytelling skills: Comfortable in the room with CMOs of consumer brands and with your own exec team.
  • Hands-on operator with a “multiple hats” mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the North America marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Co-own the NA pipeline number (New logo & Expansion) with the regional Sales leader.
  • Build MoEngage's brand and category presence in North America: thought leadership, PR, executive narrative, and share of voice.
  • Lead an integrated demand engine across paid, content, SEO/AEO/GEO, ABM, partner co-marketing, and outbound enablement.
  • Own the NA field and events portfolio across flagship MoEngage events, industry conferences (MAU, Think Summit, Shoptalk, etc.), executive roundtables, and target-account programs.
  • Drive customer advocacy in the region - case studies, references, customer councils, and speaker programs featuring marquee NA brands.
  • Partner with global Product Marketing to localize positioning, messaging, and competitive narratives for the NA consumer brand buyer.
  • Build, develop, scale & shape the NA marketing team as the region grows.
  • Own the regional marketing budget.
  • Make deliberate tradeoffs.
  • Defend them with data and judgment.
  • Partner with NA Sales, CS, Partnerships, and global Marketing functions and align cross-functionally on shared goals.
  • Communicate regional impact to the executive team across pipeline contribution, brand health, share of voice, and team performance.
