This job focuses on developing and articulating a clear vision and strategy for legal operations that aligns with the overall organizational strategy. The individual leads transformation initiatives, collaborates with stakeholders to streamline legal processes, and provides project management support for complex projects. Mentoring and inspiring team members to achieve long-term success in legal operations is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
