About The Position

They are equally comfortable shaping strategy, leading complex programs, improving operational discipline, and developing high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology, business applications, digital transformation, or technology-enabled operations, including meaningful experience supporting HR and/or Legal organizations.
  • Proven success leading complex implementations and transformations across enterprise HR and Legal applications, platforms, integrations, and data ecosystems.
  • Experience translating business strategy into technology strategy, multi-year roadmaps, investment cases, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology domains such as HCM, talent, recruiting, compensation, employee service delivery, workforce management, employee experience, and HR analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Legal technology domains such as legal service delivery, contract lifecycle management, matter management, e-billing, eDiscovery, intellectual property, compliance, privacy, or legal operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships with executives, functional leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience managing or governing packaged applications, custom solutions, integrations, data flows, and vendor relationships in a global or complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technology decisions to employee experience, productivity, risk reduction, compliance, and business performance.
  • Experience establishing governance, service management, application ownership, delivery standards, and operational metrics across a diverse application portfolio.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change, stakeholder adoption, communications, and process redesign—not just technology delivery.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, negotiation, and executive storytelling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Lead the implementation, modernization, integration, and ongoing evolution of enterprise applications supporting HR and Legal processes, employee experiences, legal operations, compliance, and corporate services.
  • Help establish a clear portfolio strategy across core platforms, business-owned applications, integrations, data products, automation, and emerging technologies, including responsible adoption of AI.
  • Drive end-to-end transformation from current-state assessment and business capability mapping through future-state design, delivery, adoption, and value realization.
  • Build and maintain an integrated roadmap that balances business outcomes, user experience, speed, scalability, technical debt, security, privacy, compliance, and operational resilience.
  • Partner with HR and Legal process owners to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, improve self-service, and create consistent experiences for employees, managers, HR partners, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Establish effective governance for application ownership, architecture, integrations, data quality, vendor relationships, service levels, risk, and lifecycle management.
