About The Position

The Senior Director, Implementations leads Masimo's US Field Implementations organization, accountable for deploying Masimo's technology solutions across the installed base and for shortening the time from contract signing to revenue. The role owns end-to-end implementation delivery and leads the Clinical Specialists who install and validate the solution, and the Automation Engineers responsible for hospital automation deployments and collaborate closely with the Implementation Project Management team. The role owns the IQVIA Temp Labor relationship for surge capacity, aligns Implementations upstream in the commercial process, and installs the Danaher Business System (DBS) as the operating model to drive continuous improvement across quality, delivery, cost, and time to revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; technical discipline preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in implementation, project management, or deployment operations leadership, including global or multi-region scope.
  • 5+ years leading leaders, managing large or geographically distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated accountability for delivery at scale, including schedule, quality, cost, and time to revenue.
  • Depth in project management methodology and complex project delivery in hospital or hospital-like environments.
  • Experience leading technical and clinical field teams, including network-based systems installation (TCP/IP, IEEE 802.11, WLAN/LAN) in enterprise or healthcare environments.
  • Experience managing third-party or outsourced delivery partners and surge capacity.
  • Experience in MedTech, healthcare technology, or another regulated industry.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree; PMP certification.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Danaher Business System, or equivalent continuous improvement background.
  • Demonstrated experience reducing cycle time or time to revenue in a deployment organization.
  • Networking or clinical certifications (e.g., CCNA, CWNA) or hands-on hospital automation background.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the US Field Implementations organization, Clinical Specialists, and Automation Engineering, and own end-to-end delivery from signing through go-live and post-live confidence.
  • Collaborates closely with the Implementation Project Management team to ensure seamless planning, resourcing, and execution of projects.
  • Serve as the executive point of accountability for implementation KPIs, schedule adherence, quality, and time to revenue, with clear regional operating plans and accountability.
  • Ensure consistency with company project management methodology, and manage scope through disciplined project controls to deliver on time, on scope, and on budget.
  • Drive reduction of time to revenue, compressing the cycle from signing to kickoff and kickoff to completed implementation.
  • Align Implementations upstream with Sales to scope deployments accurately at the point of sale and sequence installations against revenue priorities.
  • Own the implementation forecast and resource plan, balancing internal capacity against IQVIA surge capacity to protect timelines and cost.
  • Lead the Clinical Specialists installing, configuring, and validating Masimo's solutions in hospital environments, ensuring clinical readiness at go-live.
  • Lead the Automation Engineers responsible for hospital automation deployments, including network-based monitoring and connectivity across LAN/WAN, WLAN, and VLAN topologies.
  • Own installation quality and compliance in partnership with Quality and Regulatory.
  • Install and lead the Danaher Business System (DBS) as the operating model, using Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, and Bowler metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Own implementation systems and data, project management tools, CRM, and installed-base data integrity, and drive standard work across the organization.
  • Establish and manage third-party partner networks where in-region or surge coverage is required.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global implementation team, building project management, clinical, and technical capability.
  • Allocate resources and budget, recruit and retain talent, and establish a performance culture with clear role-level expectations and KPIs.
