The Sr. Director Human Resources position has an emphasis on employee relations. The main area of responsibility is to serve as a resource to management and employees in solving complex and day-to-day workplace matters. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business executives in supporting their objectives, and in creating proactive programs to give managers the necessary tools to identify, resolve, and possibly avoid employee relations issues. Additional responsibilities will include corporate training and employee development, benefits administration, management of employee leaves of absences, worker’s compensation programs, recruiting and other HR generalist functions as assigned. The Sr. Director Human Resources will supervise the performance of a team and the operational efficiency of a department.
