Snowflake is seeking a Sr. Director, GTM Systems, Process & Operations to lead our global GTM Systems function, reporting to the SVP of Revenue Strategy and Operations. This executive role governs and evolves our end-to-end GTM technology stack, data architecture, and revenue intelligence foundation — overseeing Quote-to-Cash, Core Sales Technology, and GTM Shared Services to maximize field performance and revenue velocity.
As a key leader in Snowflake's AI-native RevOps evolution, you will inherit a highly capable team and push it further — ensuring Snowflake's own revenue operations are the best proof point for Snowflake's technology.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years leading Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or Revenue Intelligence functions in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
• Proven success managing global, multi-layered teams across system configuration, process design, and SLA-driven shared services operations
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (SFDC, CPQ, CLM) and master data management platforms
• Experience governing the integration between Salesforce and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent) as the analytical layer
• Demonstrated ability to drive executive alignment through data, manage competing priorities, and communicate across technical and business audiences

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading a GTM operations or revenue systems team through a transition from data delivery to AI-governed data architecture — not just introducing AI tools, but redesigning how the team's work is organized around them
• Working knowledge of AI agent deployments in a revenue operations context, including LLM-based agent governance within CRM and data warehouse systems
• Demonstrated ownership of metric definitions, data quality infrastructure, or a "single source of truth" initiative at a revenue data architecture level — serving multiple downstream consumers
• Track record of leading organizational transformation through technology-driven change — sustaining momentum through ambiguity and retaining key talent during rapid evolution
• Executive presence and credibility with peer VPs and SVPs — able to hold a platform position in cross-functional conversations without defaulting to compliance

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term roadmap for global GTM data and technology. Set architectural direction for the revenue intelligence platform — what gets built, governed, and retired. Maintain rigorous MDM, data hygiene, and release management in partnership with IT.
• Lead a team already at the forefront of AI adoption in GTM. Define how AI agents, automated workflows, and data pipelines replace manual data production — and shift the team's focus toward governance, architecture, and strategic advisory work.
• Standardize global sales workflows and streamline Quote-to-Cash to reduce cycle times and field friction. Ensure the GTM data layer is fast, reliable, and trusted enough for field leaders to act on without verification overhead.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Field Support organization, integrating specialized deal support with centralized operational execution to optimize field productivity and customer success.
• Partner with IT, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Partner Operations to scope and deliver complex GTM capabilities. Hold a platform position — setting the agenda for what the revenue data layer enables.
• Manage and grow a global team of Directors, Senior Managers, and specialists across QTC, Core Sales, and Shared Services. Drive the cultural and capability shifts required to lead — not follow — the pace of change.
• Oversee procurement and integration of third-party technologies. Evaluate AI tooling critically, distinguishing genuine capability from hype.
• Partner with Product and Data Engineering to embed Snowflake's AI and data capabilities directly into internal GTM workflows. This org is the reference architecture for enterprise revenue operations running on Snowflake.
