Perion is seeking a strategic and operationally excellent Sr. Director, Growth Marketing & Experiential, based in the NYC Metro or Chicago areas, to build and scale a global growth marketing and experiential function. This individual will define the strategy, structure, and operating rhythm for how Perion engages agencies, brands, and retailers across every region—creating a programmatic, audience-first growth engine that drives measurable pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across the full B2B marketing mix and has a demonstrated track record of designing integrated program calendars that connect a unified narrative across channels, regions, and audience segments. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant executive visibility, a strong existing team, and a clear mandate to build the next phase of Perion’s marketing operation.
