Sr. Director, Funds Transfer Pricing
About The Position
As a Senior Director, Funds Transfer Pricing within CIBC’s Treasury team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the bank’s liquidity and cash management, collateral management, funding, capital structure optimization, and the development and maintenance of a transparent funds transfer pricing (FTP) model. You will provide comprehensive financial analysis, data management expertise, and administration of key FTP methodologies, working closely with Treasury executives, Finance partners, and business stakeholders to deliver analytical support, advisory services, and governance for all aspects of FTP. This includes driving the design and maintenance of FTP methodologies, monitoring financial results, and acting as a trusted ambassador between Treasury and business lines to ensure alignment with regulatory guidance and business objectives. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a relevant field (Treasury, Liquidity, Front Office etc.)
- Strong communication skills with executives and business stakeholders across the organization.
- Skills in SQL.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, maintenance, and enhancement of funds transfer pricing methodologies and provide high-quality financial analysis to support Treasury’s objectives.
- Serve as a trusted ambassador and subject matter expert, fostering relationships with business lines, Finance, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and effective communication of FTP methodologies and their impact.
- Support special projects, implement new FTP policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while managing multiple priorities and delivering timely, accurate results.
