Marvell IT sits at the center of the company’s innovation engine, powering the silicon that powers the world. We partner with engineering and business leaders to solve complex problems, scale securely, and turn bold ideas into products that matter. This role will set strategy and roadmap for enterprise FP&A systems, aligned to Marvell’s business priorities. It involves defining multi-year roadmaps that support AOP, LRP, executive decision-making, and global finance transformation. The role will lead a GenAI first approach to modernizing FP&A capabilities by embedding AI into planning, forecasting, analysis, and executive insights. This includes identifying and prioritizing GenAI use cases such as predictive forecasting, scenario modeling, variance explanation, and automated executive narratives, and partnering with data science and engineering teams to productionize AI solutions with strong governance, accuracy, and explainability. The role will also operate and continuously enhance a global FP&A technology ecosystem with high standards for reliability, performance, security, and scalability, and drive modernization of FP&A platforms including OneStream, Power BI, Databricks, and ERP integrations to enable real-time, data-driven insights. Additionally, the role will deliver large-scale, high-impact initiatives that transform FP&A processes, improve agility, and deliver measurable business outcomes, quantifying value, tracking ROI, and communicating impact to senior leadership. Continuous improvement and governance will be established through best practices, operating rhythms, and governance models to improve delivery quality, predictability, and execution maturity. The role will serve as the primary IT leader and trusted partner to FP&A, aligning priorities, managing escalations, and ensuring transparent communication and successful delivery of outcomes. It will also build and lead a global team of FP&A systems professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Ownership of vendor strategy, contracts, and budgets (OpEx/CapEx) is required, optimizing total cost of ownership while ensuring service quality and risk mitigation. The role will oversee portfolio delivery and executive reporting, providing clear visibility into health, risks, dependencies, and business value, and partner closely with IT, PMO, Security, Infrastructure, HR, Legal, and Finance to deliver compliant, scalable, and integrated enterprise solutions.
