Seekr sells into two worlds. The commercial enterprise motion and the federal/defense motion share one brand and one set of proof points, but they do not share the same buyer, buying cycle, vocabulary, or path becoming a Seekr customer. Federal is different enough - in how decisions get made, how procurement works, how trust gets earned, and how long it all takes - that it needs one person who wakes up thinking about nothing else. That's this role. You own Seekr's federal go-to-market: the narrative, the messaging, the strategy, and the marketing plan that sits directly behind the federal and defense sales team. You are the marketing counterpart to government sales leadership - the person who translates Seekr's platform into the language program offices, contracting officers, agency CISOs, and mission owners actually use, and who builds the air cover that makes the BD motion faster. What this role is not is a second marketing department. You don't rebuild product marketing, demand gen, PR, or creative for federal - you direct them. Product Marketing gives you the technical substance; you make it land with a federal buyer. Demand Generation runs the engine; you point it at DoD, the IC, and civilian agencies and tune it for a federal cycle. PR earns the media; you own which defense and govtech outlets matter and what the policy-anchored story is. Brand and Creative own the system and the craft; you own how it shows up in front of a federal audience. Your leverage is influence and orchestration, not duplication within a silo. When the federal motion works, it's because you set the strategy and pulled the whole GTM org through it. This can be filled at the Director or Senior Director level depending on experience.
