About The Position

Flex is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to lead the strategy and continued advancement of its EPM capabilities, primarily using OneStream. Working in partnership with Finance and IT leadership, the role drives improvements to processes, automation, reporting, analytics, and emerging technology initiatives. The position leads the EPM roadmap and a small team within Finance IT/Enterprise Applications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, financial systems, or digital transformation, including 7+ years leading EPM capabilities.
Strong experience with OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar EPM platforms.
Experience with financial consolidation, reporting, planning, close processes, and financial controls.
Proven experience leading process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of emerging technologies, analytics, AI, and automation.
Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading teams and working across Finance, IT, and business functions.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the EPM ecosystem, primarily OneStream.
Partner with Finance and IT leaders to improve financial consolidation, reporting, planning, and analytics.
Drive process redesign, automation, AI, and other technology improvements.
Ensure OneStream supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.
Lead strategic EPM projects and resolve complex system, integration, and process issues.
Establish governance, controls, security, and performance measures for the EPM platform.
Manage software vendors and implementation partners to maximize platform value.
Lead and develop a small team within the Finance IT/Enterprise Applications organization.
