Sr Director Engineering - Flight Management Systems
About The Position
Honeywell Aerospace is the world leader in providing Flight Management Systems for Aircraft. As the Sr Director Engineering for Flight Management Systems (FMS) here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the engineering function within the company. You will lead an organization responsible for design, development, and verification of aircraft Flight Management systems covering Air Transport, Business, General Aviation, Helicopter, and Urban Air Mobility markets. Customers include Airbus, Boeing, Dassault, Embraer, Gulfstream, Leonardo, and Pilatus. The position will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top technical talent; partnering with the business to create and execute innovative product line growth strategies; providing technical leadership for a global engineering team; and building an operating system to ensure efficient and effective project and department execution. Your strategic leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the industry.
