About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing Digital Transformation & Operations, the Sr Director, Digital Experience & Growth will lead the transformation of how buyers discover, evaluate, and engage with Dayforce in an increasingly AI-driven world. This leader is responsible for defining the vision, governance framework, and roadmap for Dayforce’s digital experience ecosystem, guiding the evolution from a traditional web-centric marketing model to an AI-enabled engagement and demand generation strategy. The role owns digital-sourced and digital-influenced pipeline targets and partners closely with Demand Generation, Sales, IT, and Marketing teams to drive measurable business growth, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital experience, digital engagement, web strategy, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience developing and executing digital strategies that support customer engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, marketing performance, or operational efficiency.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, production, analytics, and platform management functions.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for managing digital technology investments, budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of digital product management, content strategy, analytics, experimentation, and customer journey optimization.

  • Experience leading AI-first digital transformation initiatives within B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Expertise in Search Everywhere, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Dayforce’s Digital Experience & Engagement Strategy
  • Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dayforce’s digital engagement ecosystem.
  • Transform Dayforce’s digital presence beyond traditional web experiences to include AI assistants, conversational interfaces, search platforms, industry communities, and emerging digital channels.
  • Modernize digital engagement strategies, platforms, and operating models to align with evolving buyer behaviors and AI-driven engagement patterns.
  • Lead executive alignment and change management initiatives that support digital transformation.
  • Orchestrate connected buyer journeys across owned, earned, AI-mediated, and third-party channels.
  • Partner with operations teams to leverage behavioral, intent, and engagement signals to improve personalization, targeting, and conversion.
  • Own content architecture and strategy, ensuring structured, reusable, and AI-ready content across channels.
  • Establish a scalable content supply chain that supports all digital experiences.
  • Apply digital product management principles including roadmap prioritization, customer research, experimentation, and value realization.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid learning, and data-driven decision making.
  • Own Digital Demand Generation Growth & Acceleration
  • Own digital-sourced and digital-influenced pipeline goals and performance.
  • Drive conversion growth, revenue influence, buyer velocity, and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
  • Optimize conversion paths, user journeys, and content engagement through experimentation, analytics, and personalization.
  • Ensure executive visibility into key performance indicators and business outcomes.
  • Lead Search Everywhere, GEO & AEO Strategy
  • Lead Dayforce’s Search Everywhere strategy to support AI-first B2B buying journeys.
  • Develop strategies that improve visibility, authority, recommendations, and citation frequency across AI-powered discovery platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and future AI ecosystems.
  • Expand Dayforce’s presence across search engines, review sites, marketplaces, industry platforms, and emerging digital channels.
  • Oversee Digital Governance & Platform Strategy
  • Own governance frameworks, operating processes, and business strategy for Dayforce’s digital ecosystem.
  • Define platform strategies, business requirements, investment priorities, and roadmap decisions across CMS, DAM, personalization, experimentation, AI-enabled content, search, discovery, and analytics platforms.
  • Develop business cases and ROI frameworks supporting platform modernization and technology investments.
  • Establish standards, policies, and governance practices that ensure consistency, compliance, scalability, and security.
  • Build an AI-Enabled Digital Engagement Ecosystem
  • Lead the digital experience workstream within Dayforce’s broader AI-enabled marketing transformation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scale, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business impact through AI technologies.
  • Partner with IT, Marketing Automation, and Data teams to integrate emerging technologies into the digital ecosystem.
  • Develop a roadmap that positions Dayforce as a leader in AI-enabled engagement and next-generation buyer experiences.
  • Build & Lead High-Performing Teams
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning web engineering, program management, production, and experience optimization.
  • Develop team capabilities in digital demand generation, digital product management, AI-enabled content operations, and experimentation.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top digital talent.
  • Manage Strategic Agency & Vendor Partnerships
  • Lead relationships with strategic agencies, consulting partners, systems integrators, technology vendors, and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, establish performance expectations, and manage investments to maximize business value.
