Your Role The Developer and Employee Experience team, who ensure that our employees have the greatest tools, and our development teams can use a self-service platform. The Sr. Director, Digital Employee Experience will report to the Vice President, Developer and Employee Experience. In this role you will partner to establish the strategic direction on how we help our organization modernize the ways in which they work, how we support them, and ensure that we are continually evolving.
