The Sr. Director, Content will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of all league content across owned and paid platforms, including social, video, editorial. This role is responsible for building a distinctive, fan-first content ecosystem that drives engagement, grows audience reach, and elevates the league’s brand voice. This leader will oversee long- and short-form content production, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities and seamless integration with commercial partnerships. This individual will work closely with leaders across marketing, comms, partnerships and digital to ensure content distribution and amplification both maximizes reach and honors brand development. The Sr. Director, Content will also establish clear performance frameworks to measure success, optimize content strategy, and expand reach among emerging and next-generation audiences.
