This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role responsible for developing and driving strategic technical engagements across North America customer accounts, partnering with our Engineering and Business teams to develop new opportunities for our rapidly expanding storage product portfolio. As the Voice of the Customer within Western Digital, this position will have responsibility to align customer needs with our Engineering and Business teams, foster joint technology partnerships between WD and our customer Engineering teams, and build strategic bridges between customer stakeholders and Western Digital’s business units. This role demands leadership, technical depth, and the ability to influence both internal and external teams.
