KBR is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives across the Exploration & Logistics portfolio. This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, shaping, and capturing new business opportunities while developing long-term customer relationships and growth strategies aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will partner closely with division leadership, operations teams, solutions architects, and executive leadership to expand KBR’s presence across defense, federal civilian, logistics, engineering, and space exploration markets. This individual will be accountable for pipeline development, capture execution, customer engagement, and achieving growth objectives that support the long-term success of the business unit. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of business development and capture success, strong customer relationships, knowledge of government acquisition processes, and the ability to lead complex pursuits from opportunity identification through contract award.
