The Sr. Director, Account Operations is responsible for leading a centralized bid support and proposal function within Revenue Operations, ensuring high quality, timely, and consistent responses across all client requests and opportunities. The role provides oversight and coordination for complex and high value opportunities, supporting deal strategy, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring proposals are positioned for success. It also drives standardization, efficiency, and broader account operations processes, including onboarding and transition into delivery, while applying strategic judgment to improve win rates and focus on the highest value opportunities.
