Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
  • 12+ years of progressive, hands-on program and project management experience directly leading digital, technology, or transformation programs at enterprise scale.
  • Demonstrated track record of personally owning and delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives end to end in environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and imperfect information.
  • Experience operating in a $1B+ enterprise environment, and direct delivery experience across at least two of the following, is strongly preferred: digital transformation, ERP, customer-facing technology, or data and analytics programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of the organization's most critical digital programs and projects, partnering with technology, product, business, and external vendor teams to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build and manage integrated plans, schedules, and budgets across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Identify risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution before they become blockers.
  • Serve as the single accountable owner for program scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes, making the trade-off decisions required to keep initiatives on track and escalating only what genuinely requires executive resolution.
  • Facilitate executive-level steering committees and provide clear, honest status communication to stakeholders at every level.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure accountability and value delivery.
  • Define the success metrics and value narrative for each program, and hold internal teams, vendors, and partners accountable to delivering against them.
  • Adapt across waterfall, agile, scrum, kanban, and emergent program structures based on what each initiative needs rather than strict adherence to any single methodology.
  • Own the evolution of the organization's program management practices, defining and standardizing the frameworks, tooling, and governance that simplify and scale how work gets done across the enterprise.
  • Establish and enforce consistent intake, prioritization, and governance approaches across business units with varying levels of maturity, and coach those teams toward greater delivery maturity.
