As Sr. Digital Marketing Manager , you will lead execution, optimization, and performance measurement of the business unit’s digital marketing ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing integrated digital programs that generate demand, support sales growth, enhance brand equity and awareness, and strengthen the company’s digital infrastructure. In this role you will…. Lead planning, development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns designed to create awareness, engage prospects, generate qualified leads, and support pipeline growth. Develop and continuously optimize digital marketing strategies across websites, social media, digital campaigns, video, digital advertising, ABM programs, sales enablement tools, SEO, and generative engine optimization. Collaborate with marketing leadership, sales leadership, product managers, and business unit leaders to identify market opportunities and align digital initiatives with revenue goals and growth strategies. Lead and develop Marketing Specialists while driving effective management of agency and vendor relationships. Create integrated digital marketing plans that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, sales enablement, product launches, and revenue growth objectives. Own digital marketing performance reporting, including website traffic, conversion rates, lead volume, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, cost per lead, email engagement, and social growth. Direct the development and implementation of digital marketing plans that support new product launches and broader business unit growth initiatives. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop compelling digital content, creative assets, and customer journey improvements that strengthen brand equity and business impact.
