About The Position

The required skills enable the Sr DevOps Engineer to architect and maintain robust infrastructure and automated pipelines that support rapid and secure software delivery. Proficiency in cloud platforms and infrastructure as code tools allows for scalable and repeatable environment provisioning. CI/CD expertise ensures that code changes are integrated and deployed efficiently, reducing time to market while maintaining quality. Preferred skills such as container orchestration and regulatory knowledge enhance the ability to manage complex deployments and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles within the finance or insurance industry.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with security best practices and tools for vulnerability scanning and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, implementation, and management of automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery cycles.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud and on-premises infrastructure tailored to financial applications.
• Collaborate with development, security, and compliance teams to integrate best practices and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and lead incident management to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
