Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3 years of experience designing and verifying Analog and mixed signal circuit blocks to include at least 4 of the following: Amplifiers, Bandgaps, LDOs, Schmitt trigger, Charge pumps, Power ON reset.
  • 3 years of experience conducting/participating in design reviews and performing Bench level lab evaluation to characterize fabricated ICs.
  • 2 years of experience with familiarity with the Cadence suite design tools.
  • 1 year of experience with floor planning and optimizing physical layout to meet area constraints and achieve high performance involving matching techniques and area reduction techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implementation and transistor level simulation of analog and mixed signal blocks and sub-systems.
  • Designing and verifying Analog and mixed signal circuit blocks to include at least 4 of the following: Amplifiers, Bandgaps, LDOs, Schmitt trigger, Charge pumps, Power ON reset.
  • Conducting/participating in design reviews and performing Bench level lab evaluation to characterize fabricated Integrated Circuits (ICs).
  • Floor planning and optimizing physical layout to meet area constraints and achieve high performance involving matching techniques and area reduction techniques.
  • Working with circuit level IC physical layout design.
  • Bench level lab verification.
  • Create necessary design / product documentation and presentation of results by hosting design reviews.
  • Behavioral modelling of circuits, understanding reliability and creating checks and asserts files.
