About The Position

The Sr. Demand Planner will be part of the Tools & Outdoor team and will be responsible for maintaining JDA forecasts, analyzing data, and reporting findings. This role involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product, and Supply teams to plan new product transitions, promotional activities, and network disaggregation. The planner will also develop market trend analysis on products and customer forecasts, assist in preparing for monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings, and lead or support continuous improvement projects aimed at achieving 99% customer fill rates. The position requires the ability to analyze data and report findings, and is responsible for individual performance metrics.

Requirements

BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related experience
5+ years of Supply Chain experience
Knowledge of JDA & SAP preferred
Complete understanding of manufacturing lead times
Basic financial skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Ability to lead, coach and train peers
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Strong Ability to Problem Solve
Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills

Responsibilities

Proactively maintain JDA forecasts, analyze data and report findings
