About The Position
The Sr. Dealer Journey Strategy Associate supports dealer experience initiatives across digital and non-digital channels by analyzing dealer feedback and experience data, documenting dealer journeys, and coordinating improvement activities. This role works with business, product, UX, analytics, sales, service, and technology teams to identify experience gaps, develop practical recommendations, and support implementation, reporting, and adoption activities.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in customer experience, dealer experience, business analysis, program support, research, operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and analyzing customer, dealer, operational, or experience-related data.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, User Experience, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of customer/dealer experience principles, journey mapping, feedback programs, and process improvement methodologies.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive, financial services, dealer operations, digital products, journey mapping, or feedback program experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize dealer feedback, survey results, complaints, and market research to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
- Develop recommendations, maintain dealer personas, and support Voice of Dealer programs and reporting.
- Support dealer journey mapping activities and document current-state, future-state, and experience improvement opportunities.
- Partner with business teams to incorporate dealer experience requirements into solutions and measure the impact of implemented changes.
- Analyze dealer, operational, and experience data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and executive-ready presentations to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Coordinate dealer experience initiatives, governance activities, stakeholder meetings, and roadmap deliverables.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and implementation progress while supporting adoption and change management activities.
- Partner with product, UX, analytics, sales, service, technology, and OEM teams to support dealer experience initiatives.
- Gather requirements, provide dealer insights, and recommend opportunities for process and program improvement.
