About The Position

As a Database/ Data Analytics Engineer, you will consult on and contribute to moderately complex initiatives within database engineering and analytics. Your insights will assist in large-scale planning, resolving technical challenges, and enhancing data workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to develop advanced dashboards, streamline data integration, and foster data-driven decision making. Your innovative approach and independent mindset will be essential in transforming our data environment and uncovering actionable trends.

Requirements

Experience in database engineering, business intelligence, or related fields
Proficiency with Power BI and extensive experience designing enterprise dashboards
Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration (APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, JDBC/ODBC)
Experience with Jira and data storytelling suited for executive audiences
Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, impactful narratives
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

Advanced experience with Tableau or comparable visualization platforms
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and product transformation initiatives
Background in top-tier corporate banking data ecosystems
Knowledge of agile metrics and engineering development lifecycles
