About The Position
Design, develop, and optimize enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and dimensional data models. Build and maintain secure, scalable data ingestion and integration pipelines to support enterprise analytics and reporting needs. Develop and support ETL/ELT processes leveraging modern data engineering tools and platforms. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions and enable data-driven decision making. Create and support reports, dashboards, and semantic data layers that provide actionable business insights.
Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- THREE (3) or more years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools and techniques to enhance data engineering and analytics capabilities, including: Data modeling acceleration, SEMOSS (Semantic Open Source Software), Anomaly detection and monitoring, Automated pipeline development and optimization, AI-assisted analytics and reporting, Machine learning and predictive analytics concepts.
- Experience supporting cloud-based data and analytics environments.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data platform automation.
