About The Position

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Sr Data Analyst based in New Iberia, LA. You’ll act as the primary partner to both our billing teams and customer support functions to ensure proper oversight and identify improvements that will advance the way we serve our customers. Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers’ worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.

Requirements

  • College degree plus relevant experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical capability with excel.
  • Ability to present data analytics, macro analytics, leadership scorecards, executive dashboards and ad hoc reporting.
  • Highly organized and tackle multiple priorities with ease and commitment to making sure our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Dedicated to meeting customer expectations, providing timely and useful information.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems, anticipating customer needs and proactively identifying solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to more broad analytics tools (such as python or others) is highly desired.
  • Experience with data visualization tools – Power BI and/or tableau is desired.
  • Experienced in billing and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate and make correlations between varying and dispersed data sets to inform decision making.
  • Work as a partner to leadership, project management, and data teams to acquire a deep understanding of the business and advance efforts driven by data throughout North America.
  • Partner with local and global teams to automate, standardize and visualize data in tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Partner with global data science teams to represent the interests of North America and align on key priorities and needs.
  • Participate in and contribute to the Customer Support strategy and identify opportunities to validate and shape the strategy through advanced analytics.
