About The Position

The Analytical Data Services (ADS) division of Verisk’s ISO business serves as the information refinery for P&C policy and claims information, supporting the analytical engines for pricing in the US P&C insurance market. This is a hybrid team of data analysts, data engineers, BI developers, and actuarial engineers responsible for the design and implementation of core data systems, including ingestion, integration, transformation, analysis, and BI development. The team is committed to improving the data & analytics platform that supports numerous products relied upon by the US P&C industry. The role involves serving as a subject matter expert for data and information for several insurance carriers across multiple lines of business. Collaboration with other data analysts and stakeholders is key to understanding and explaining industry trends and developing expertise across the product portfolio. There will be opportunities to develop new tools and services for global operations, manage stakeholder expectations across multiple deliverables, and develop expertise in multiple lines of business, AGILE project management, and advanced analytics using SQL on a cloud data warehouse.
