About The Position

IntusCare is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. IntusCare empowers care providers to mitigate high-risk events and equips executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data. Our mission is to catalyze data-driven change to achieve high-value, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. In addition, IntusCare offers a broad range of technical assistance and consulting services to support PACE programs under development and existing programs that are growing and evolving to meet the needs of their communities. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to assist Intus’ client delivery and product operation teams with data analysis, process improvement, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting decision-making through insightful reporting. This position is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math, or related field
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis
  • 5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation
  • High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, and Qlik
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of statistical and machine-learning models is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to Intus’ client delivery, utilization management and risk consulting teams
  • Build customer facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing
  • Build and apply statistical prediction models to improve quality of care
  • Develop reusable semantic models, metrics and user-defined functions to support Analytics and Data Engineering teams
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track key population health KPIs
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as required
