About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Solutions Engineer with strong hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience and deep knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing security solutions across endpoint, infrastructure, and AWS, Azure, and Oracle Government cloud environments. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can partner across teams to improve threat detection, incident response, cloud security, and overall security posture. This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.

Requirements

• Secret Clearance
• 7+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon experience
• Strong background in endpoint security, EDR/XDR, and threat detection
• Experience managing or supporting AWS cloud security
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM, logging/monitoring, and threat detection in AWS
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk or Sentinel
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWS security services such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Config, IAM, or Inspector
• CrowdStrike certifications
• AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, Security+, GIAC, or similar certifications

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support enterprise cybersecurity solutions
• Lead deployment and optimization of CrowdStrike Falcon
• Manage endpoint protection, detection tuning, and response support
• Help manage and enhance cybersecurity controls within AWS environments, including monitoring, threat detection, identity/security configurations, and cloud risk remediation
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and SOC teams to strengthen cloud security posture
• Integrate security tools with SIEM/SOAR and monitoring platforms
• Support incident response, threat hunting, and remediation efforts across on-prem and cloud environments
• Create technical documentation and mentor junior team members
